The Hockey team at Central Michigan University strives to fill the void of competitive hockey at the non-varsity level, by providing a real hockey experience on campus. There exists a great number of talented and dedicated hockey players that do not wish to play Division I, II or Junior Hockey here at Central Michigan University and it is these students which the team wishes to provide the opportunity to continue competing at a competitive level.
We are confident that we will not only compete successfully at the highest level possible within the American Collegiate Hockey Division III, but also promote camaraderie, integrity and excellence throughout the team. As a student-run organization, we work closely with Club Sports, many different departments of the University; each member will sacrifice a great deal of time and energy in order to succeed as an individual , as a student and as a player. Moreover, each player is responsible for annual team dues which help fund the program’s operations.
As young men devoted to the love of hockey, the Central Michigan University Hockey team is a serious group of student-athletes dedicated to the success of each other as well as the entire Central Michigan University Community.
